This hotel is in a great location, very close to the main attractions and just a short walk to the beachfront. The rooms are nicely decorated and the four poster bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they had excellent knowledge about the area and the local attractions. The hotel was spotless and attention to detail was evident throughout. The added bonus of breakfast included in the price made our stay even better.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location close to South Pier and the Pleasure Beach, and the friendly staff. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the en-suite facilities were good. The breakfast was delicious, and the owners were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in late and store our luggage on the last day. Nothing to dislike.

Everything was simply nice. Enjoyed my fairly nice stay at the Windsor hotel. I was met by efficient and polite staff at the reception. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

Stayed here for celebrating birthday, everything was very clean, I liked unbeatable location close to attractions. Warm and bright units with a four poster bed. The food was good - lots of options.
